Dr. Verena Czerny

Verena Czerny, PhD joined Allianz Versicherungs-AG corporate headquarters as a lawyer in 1994 where she specialized on third party liability claims, in particular medical malpractise as well as product and environmental liability.

In 1997 she left for GE Frankona Re, the fourth largest reinsurer worldwide, where she primarily covered international third party liability claims. Her function also involved counselling direct insurers in the field of medical malpractise claims.

In the spring of 2004 she joined the law firm of Ameskamp & Brock as one of its partners, emphasizing on insurance law (in particular medical malpractise as well as general liability law).
